Congratulations on receiving a Kizo!

Accept Your Gift

You would have either gotten a Brand Gift Card or a Kizo Gift Card (which is redeemable across all our brands). Once you access the app, click on the gift icon (bottom right) to accept your gift.

Remember to be nice and thank the sender, your appreciation goes a long way :)

A. Brand Gift Card

After you accept your Brand Gift Card, you will have to activate the code to receive a gift code which can then be used on the brand’s website

Follow these 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Select your Gift Card in the My Gifts section (bottom right tab).

Step 2: Activate your gift to use on the brand website, you will be asked to verify your e-mail address so a copy of the code may be sent to you. Note: We suggest you enable your ‘App Transaction Lock’ (can be found under settings) to ensure additional security.

Step 3: Use your gift code on the brand website during the cart or check-out page, further instructions are available on each respective brand’s page (within the Kizo app) under the ‘How to redeem’ section.

Prefer something else instead?

If you’d like something else, convert it to Kizo Gift Card first and then visit a brand of your choosing and continue to buy a gift card after selecting the ‘This gift card is for me’ option under the brand card.

Please Note: Codes once activated cannot be switched amongst brands or converted to a Kizo Card.

B. Kizo Gift Card

If you have received a Kizo Gift Card, you may use it towards generating a gift code from any of the brands on the app, for yourself.

Follow these 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Choose your preferred Brand.

Step 2: Select the ‘This gift card is for me’ option and continue to pay for your gift card, additional money can be added if required. Please make sure your ‘App Transaction Lock’ (can be found under settings) is enabled to ensure security.

Step 3: Activate your gift to use on the brand website, you will be asked to verify your e-mail address so a copy of the code may be sent to you.

Step 4: Use your gift code on the brand website during the cart or check-out page, further instructions are available on each respective brand’s page (within the Kizo app) under the ‘How to redeem’ section.

Please Note: Money in your Kizo Gift Card does not expire but Gift Cards once activated from a Brand do expire, please check each brand’s terms and conditions for more details.

GIFT A KIZO

Step 1: Browse + Select

Browse through our brands or input the details of your friend/family member in the ‘Start Gifting with Kizo’ section.

Once you select a brand, select your recipient and the amount the gift card is worth.

Step 2: Personalise

Add a personal video, upload a photo or insert a text message to your gift card to surprise and delight your friend/family member. Make it count by showing them you care

Step 3: Purchase

Pay for your gift card and voilà, your Kizo is off!

Step 4: You’re Done!

Your friend or loved one will receive an SMS notifying them of their Kizo.

You can also share the link via WhatsApp or E-mail notifying them of your gift.

The Kizo Gift Card involves a few more steps for the recipient but maybe a more convenient option for you if you struggle to find the perfect brand for them.

Kizo Gift Cards can be used across all the brands on the app.
