What is Kizo?
Kizo is a thoughtful gifting app where you can send and receive gift cards from our collection of curated brands to redeem online. If you aren’t sure which brand your recipient will appreciate most, you can buy a Kizo Gift Card which can be redeemed against any brand on our platform.

How do I send a Kizo to someone?
Sign up on the app, select the store from where you would like to purchase your gift card and follow the instructions to send it to your recipient. The same applies to the Kizo Gift Card.

How does my recipient receive their Kizo?
They will get an SMS and/or WhatsApp sharing your name, a message and the link to redeem their Kizo.

How do I see a Kizo that I've been sent?
You will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp (along with a notification) alerting you of your Kizo. You will also find all the gift cards you have sent and received in the Gifts (bottom right button) section on the app.

How do I redeem a gift card?
All brands have a ‘How To Redeem’ drop-down on their individual brand page within the app, please do view for further instructions.
However, for most brands you simply copy the coupon code from the Kizo app, visit the website for the affiliated brand, choose whatever you would like to purchase and insert your unique Kizo gift code during check out.

How do I switch gift cards between brands?
Once you have chosen a particular brand to send a gift card from and your gift has been sent, you cannot change the brand chosen.

Does my money on Kizo expire?
No, it does not expire.

Can I withdraw money from the app to my bank account?
No, it is non-transferable.

Can I cancel a gift card once sent?
Unfortunately, once a gift has been sent it cannot be called back or cancelled.

How do I block a contact?
You can block a contact when you receive an unwanted gift by not activating the gift and rejecting it instead.
